Take your image making skills to a more meaningful and personal level by joining this exciting Intentional Photography workshop at Wild Rice Retreat. Aline Smithson, a well-known photographer, will lead this workshop and help participants bring depth and meaning to their artistic endeavours.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Whether you are a novice or a professional photographer, this workshop is appropriate for you. With the help of Aline Smithson, you will get to learn how to create images that express something deeper and more intimate. Aline Smithson will serve you as your mentor, who will give you the right direction and feedback throughout the journey.
This event is going to take place on Sunday, May 16, 2021, and will run through Thursday, May 20, 2021. This workshop is an ultimate guide to learn more about this field. In this five-day-long workshop, you will acquire tips, new ways of working, a toolkit of ideas for creating photographs all while having fun.
Aline Smithson is a famous artist, educator, and editor based in Los Angeles, California. She is known for her conceptual portraiture, and a practise that uses humor and pathos to explore the performative potential of photography. She studied BA in art at the University of California at Santa Barbara. Apart from this, she has also been serving as a teacher at the Los Angeles Center of Photography since 2001. She is a founder and editor-in-Chief of Lenscratch, a daily journal on photography.
