ABOUT THIS ONLINE EVENT
Every Sunday at 3pm Hosted by Ting & Evan.
Fun, releasing, calming, joyful, and enlightening: these are just some of the outcomes of meditation, regardless of age! Even kids have stress, anxiety, and fears weighing them down at times. Through meditation, children can learn the most important skill for maintaining a positive and peaceful mind that is free from worries, all while having fun and making new friends!
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Welcome and introductions, allowing the participants to get to know each other.
- A short breathing exercise to relax the body and mind.
- A guided, interactive (and FUN!) meditation activity to release – “throw away” – stressful, negative, and burdensome thoughts they are experiencing.
Your child will leave feeling lighter, and equipped with a tool to identify and let go of negative emotions.

ABOUT TING LIN
He started this meditation 8 years ago and has been a meditation guide at Flushing Meditation since 2015. He knows first hand the benefits of meditation and has seen children transformed by it. It amazes him how easily children meditate; within one session they become brighter and happier.
ABOUT EVAN
For the past 18 years, Evan has been on a spiritual journey, during which time his search for inner peace led him to Finding Your True Self meditation. Since completing the meditation program in 2008, Evan has focused on guiding newcomers and trying to spread the good word.
