DR DAVID HAMILTON is a famous author who has written up to ten amazing books consisting of ‘The Little Book of Kindness’, ‘How Your Mind Can Heal Your Body’, ‘I Heart Me’ and the Amazon bestseller, ‘The Five Side Effects of Kindness’. Before working as a writer, he spent his four years working in the pharmaceutical industry and developing drugs for cardiovascular disease and cancer. He holds a PhD degree in organic chemistry.

After being deeply inspired by the placebo effect, he left the pharmaceutical industry. That inspiration gave rise to the desire of writing books and educating people in him. And since then, he has been dedicated to helping people harness their mind and emotions to improve their health.

David usually writes blogs on his website and occasionally on the Huffington Post. His blogs are liked by many people around the world. He is the ‘Kindness Tsar’ for Psychologies Magazine and writes ‘The Kindness Conversation’ and the ‘Kindness Project’ as well as ‘Life Hacks’ monthly columnist for Soul & Spirit Magazine. David was named as “Best Writer” by readers of Kindred Spirit Magazine in 2016.

He is featured in the award-winning documentary called ‘HEAL’ and consistently appears in media. He was recently seen on Channel 4’s live show, ‘Sunday Brunch’, in the UK and ‘CBS Sunday Morning’ in the USA. David motivates people to practice kindness and has been causing kindness in the lives of others.
