Welcome to an online retreat focused on deepening your mindfulness practice and self-care. Guided meditation, mindful movement and sharing form the foundation of our days together. The teachings will have a strong focus on the integration of mindfulness into daily life.
The retreat will utilize the Zoom video conferencing platform, enabling you to take part in it wherever there is a stable WiFi connection. The format will support those wishing to practice formally in a sustained way throughout the days as well as those wish to attend the scheduled group sessions while needing to be engaged with ongoing life at home. All sessions will be recorded and made available to participants as we go along in case you have to miss a session or are joining from another time zone. Note that the first session on Thursday 6-8pm (CEST) is considered mandatory.
Thursday: 18:00 – 20:00 CEST
Friday-Saturday: 08:00 – 21:00 CEST
Sunday: 08:00 – 14:00 CEST
