In these three days sessions, you will get to know how to heal your bodies, maintain a strong immune system, and stimulate your creative minds. Their rallied years of experience will bring you practices that will help you open your heart, mind, breath, and ability to laugh with yourself.

This online course includes daily yoga, pranayama, meditation and cooking classes to let you have a peaceful time learning different practices and self-care techniques in your own home. You will also receive a month’s access to their online yoga studio so you can continue your personal growth.

Book Retreats is a team of yogis who have come together to put your energy into creating the world a better place by connecting ypu all with life-changing yoga retreats, meditation retreats, wellness retreats, and yoga teacher pieces of training. Sean Kelly is the Co-Founder of the Book Retreats.
