ABOUT THE EVENT
Are you ready to finally make meditation a part of your life?
The hardest part of any habit is getting started. Whether it’s losing those last five pounds or waking up earlier to work out, it’s hard. We keep making excuses and get distracted doing something else. Meditation is no different. You know it’s good for you. You may even mediate every once in a while and feel great after. But still, you can’t bring yourself to do it every day.
Do you know why is that? It’s because you haven’t made an habit out of meditation. But that’s about to change with our 31-Day Meditation Challenge. We’ll help you turn your meditation hobby into a lifelong habit that will bring you countless benefits. You only need 10 minutes a day, for 31 days straight. That’s much less than the time you spend scrolling on Instagram. With the challenge, you’ll transform the way you look at meditation, and create a meditation habit that’s perfect for your needs.
Each day you will receive a different guided meditation, meditation practice, or mantra to guide you through your daily practice. And seriously, it’s only 10 minutes a day. Not to mention, you’ll have a journal to keep track of each day, celebrate your wins, and share daily gratitude and inspiration. We’ll also help you get set up with the right meditation position, time of day, and the instructions you need to get the most out of this challenge.
What’s included in the challenge?
- 31 guided meditations/meditation practices (10 minutes per day)
- Short workshop on setting up your meditation practice/preparation for the 31 days
- A PDF of a daily meditation journal to help you keep your meditations on track?
We hope you can join us. Click here for more information.

The week after she graduated college, she enrolled in her first yoga teacher training, and hasn’t looked back since.
