ABOUT LORRAINE MURRAY

Is the founder of the Connected Kids programme. For over 30 years, she has practised meditation and she’s been teaching it since 2003. She started teaching meditation to kids/teens as the benefits are clear – giving young people skills to reduce stress, anxiety, and to build their self-esteem. She is a passionate, intuitive, and experienced meditation teacher and wish to share these skills with you.
