BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Their experts will guide you to gain a deeper understanding of your body, mind and soul through their various workshops and events. They regularly run our ever-popular Yoga for Beginners and Pilates for Beginners courses, plus a variety of wellness workshops and health talks.
The Wellbeing Space and its team love to educate and illuminate their wellness disciplines for those who people who love to learn and want to be active in their lives. Their main mission is to help you come up with a more refreshed and deeper appreciation of your health and wellbeing.
Charlie is now the director of The Wellbeing Space, alongside being a bodywork practitioner. She has always been passionate about helping people to improve their health and wellness. The Wellbeing Space’s mission is to support as many people in and around Farnham in improving, nurturing – and sometimes overhauling – their wellbeing through a unique mixture of classes, courses, and preventative treatments. Their dedicated teachers and practitioners are here help you achieve your health & wellness goals. We pride ourselves in our high-quality teaching and treatments.

BENEFITS
The Wellbeing Space will start your session off with a stunning September slow Flow with Trudi Powell, followed by a great guided Yoga Nidra meditation with Nas Pritchard to further unwind, relax and harmonise your body and mind. You will also be treated to an evening of relaxation and pampering – both before and after the workshop.
Throughout the course, you will get to explore the mind-body benefits of this discipline, looking at core stability, balance, control and the breath. Led by Pilates instructor Charlie Lowry-Corry, this is a great way to learn the fundamentals of this fantastic discipline.
Each week they will introduce to you a different type of meditation, including its history, unique benefits, and then we will put it into practice.
