Firstly, this Mindfulness & Self-Compassion Half Day Silent Retreat offers you the opportunity to press pause, rest consciously in the silence and explore mindfulness and self-compassion practices in a safe and guided way. In Addition, we will spend three hours resting in the Stillness together, practicing sitting and moving meditations and enjoying time to pause, reflect and journal if that feels delightful for you.
