This mindfulness practices will help reshape your brain’s neural pathways for attention and focus in the present moment. Shamash Alidina is an international bestselling author of Mindfulness for Dummies and The Mindful Way through Stress. He also pops up in various newspapers, magazines and on radio shows. Shamash has also been practising mindfulness since 1998 and runs his successful training organisation. He also run workshops and speaks at conferences all over the world.
