This retreat is an opportunity to reassess what is truly important in our lives.
As the world stops and with it the hectic rhythm of modern life, we have a great possibility to create a new structure that will helps us to make positive and conscious choices.
This program was created to support transformation in these challenging times.
We will share simple yet powerful tools that will help us to attune to those higher frequencies that will bring us back to the state of balance and harmony that we have forgotten.
This program includes:
- 5 yoga classes 1h
- 5 guided meditation 1h
- 1 class to learn about correct posture 45min
- 1 special active Meditation 45min
- 3 group sessions (zoom) in the beginning, middle and end of the retreat
- whats app group for sharing and questions
- Protocol with guidelines for the 6 days
- Menu to prepare the 3 simple vegetarian meals daily
- 5 different 1h exercises for self practice, aligned with the topic of each day
